Seeds for Change, LLC

I'm Dr. Ericka Santiago-Diaz, a licensed clinical social worker with a doctorate in education and certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional and Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. I founded Seeds for Change to do the work most practices keep separate: trauma therapy and autism evaluation, under one roof.

I work with adults recovering from narcissistic abuse and coercive control, overall trauma, and with autistic and ADHD adults, many of them identified late or never. I conduct autism and developmental evaluations in families' homes across New Jersey, complete psychological evaluations for immigration matters, and work with couples and families. I'm trained in DIR/Floortime, a developmental and relationship-based model, and I'm a member of the National Association of Social Workers. I practice in English and Spanish.

I write, too. Workbooks and educational material for survivors and neurodivergent adults, mostly because I kept needing something to hand people between sessions that didn't exist yet.

How I work, briefly: we go at your pace, I'll tell you what I'm thinking instead of making you guess, and I don't treat your neurodivergence as the problem to be fixed. I'm not neutral about harm.
